Living by God’s Wisdom
Our God is a God of perfect knowledge, yet His mind is far beyond our full understanding. His wisdom is deep, mysterious, and unlike anything we can fully comprehend.
As humans, our thinking is limited. We focus on the things of this world and rely on our own understanding. But God reminds us in Book of Isaiah 55:8:
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord.
God sees what we cannot—our past, our present, and our future. Because of this, we cannot rely solely on our own knowledge to guide our lives. When we do, life can become confusing and complicated.
So what should we do?
We are called to listen to God, build a relationship with Him, and live in a way that pleases Him. His wisdom may seem foolish to the world, and others may not understand our choices. Some may even laugh at us. But this is the life God calls us to live.
The wisdom of God does more than help us in this present life—it prepares us for eternity. It shapes our hearts, guides our steps, and leads us toward heaven.
When we seek to understand God and receive His wisdom, He works powerfully in our lives and accomplishes things beyond what we could ever imagine.
